At WoofyFur, we understand that receiving your order quickly and in perfect condition is just as important as the quality of the products themselves. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle your orders — from processing to delivery at your doorstep.
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Delivery times and terms are outlined below.
2. Regions We Serve
2.1 Domestic Deliveries
We deliver to all regions within Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.
2.2 International Deliveries
We also ship to selected international destinations, including the United States and the United Kingdom. All international orders include free standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 8 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Note: Duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) are usually processed the same day.
- Pre-orders or custom items may take longer, as stated on the product page.
- Processing begins once the payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping Times and Methods
All orders — domestic or international — are typically delivered within 8 to 14 business days. We work with reliable carriers chosen for their speed, safety, and quality service.

We deliver to:
- Residential and business addresses
- Parcel lockers (where available)
- PO Boxes (for small items only)

7. Order Tracking
7.1 Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. If you have an account, tracking will also appear under your order history.
7.2 Tracking Activation
- Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
- For remote areas, updates may take up to 4 business days.
7.3 Tracking Updates
If there are no tracking updates for more than 3 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with our delivery partners.
8. Address Changes & Accuracy
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery information is correct, including apartment or unit numbers and any delivery notes.
Address Changes: If you need to update your address, contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
Incorrect Addresses: Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping or restocking fees.

Extreme weather or natural events may cause delivery delays. We’ll keep you informed if your order is affected.
