At WoofyFur, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Need to adjust size, variant, or details? Just email us at hello@woofyfur.com before your order is processed.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
No restocking fees apply.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Use a trackable shipping service — we can’t guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We’ll resolve it quickly, offering a replacement or refund when applicable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.
Return your item at your expense — once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue a voucher for the product’s value so you can reorder your preferred item.

Lost or Stolen Orders

WoofyFur isn’t responsible for items marked “delivered” by the courier but reported missing.
Please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll confirm by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
